We are aware of spoofing calls targeting bank customers in our area. In some cases, scammers may claim to be from Home Bank or our Fraud Department, and “Home Bank” may even appear on your caller ID. These calls are not from Home Bank.

Home Bank will never call, text, or email asking for your login credentials, one-time passcodes, or personal identifying information. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us directly at 1.866.401.9440. Be sure to dial the number manually instead of tapping a number from your call log. This could prevent the risk of being redirected to the scammer who initially contacted you.

Protect yourself:

  1. Do not share login credentials, one-time passcodes, or personal information.
  2. Hang up on suspicious calls.
  3. Call Home Bank directly at 1.866.401.9440 by dialing the number yourself.

If you think you may have been targeted, call us at 1.866.401.9440, or stop by a banking center near you. If you contact us, there will be a verification process to confirm your identity. Find more scam awareness information here.
