On March 25, 2022, Home Bank and Texan Bank completed the merger that joined these two great companies under the Home Bank name. Founded in 1908 in Lafayette, Louisiana, Home Bank operates 38 locations throughout South Louisiana and in Natchez, Mississippi. Like Texan, our company is made up of bankers who take the time to understand customers’ needs. Rest assured that the bankers and lenders you know and trust at Texan will continue to be there for you at Home Bank.
As Texan Bank transitions to Home Bank you may notice a few changes taking place at our offices, including new signage. We look forward to offering you more product options, locations, and services. At this time, please continue to visit your favorite Texan branches and bank as usual while we prepare for our systems conversion in late June.

Over the weekend of June 25, 2022, Home Bank and Texan Bank’s computer systems will merge. Beginning Monday, June 27, you may begin banking at any Home Bank location in Texas, Louisiana, or Mississippi.
