Multi-Factor Authentication enhances our security and gives you a way to easily verify that you are safely logging in to Home Bank's Internet Banking site. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will prompt you to complete a one time enrollment. - Part of the enrollment process includes challenge questions (such as what is your pet's name) as well as the ability to enter your email address.
- You will receive a random default picture and can later change it to a different photograph.
- After your one-time enrollment, upon each login, the system will authenticate your Access ID and PC :
- If your Access ID and PC match, the appropriate picture will be displayed.
- If the Access ID or PC do not match, you will be presented with the option to answer the challenge question or obtain an email temporary password.
