Debit Card Transactions Blocked Internationally
Currently, Home Bank VISA® Debit Card transactions from outside the United States have been blocked due to an unusual level of suspected fraud. Customers may continue to withdraw cash from ATMs and complete point of sale transactions with their assigned PIN when outside of the U.S.
